Once again, Stockton put on a great fireworks show, to entertain locals by the thousand. It was all the better for the wonderful setting with the Infinity Bridge elegantly spanning our beautiful River Tees. Both were used to great effect, with the water creating such lovely reflections of the pyrotechnics and the bridge’s illuminations.
It was a shame that just before the display started a boat motored upstream, disturbing the previously mirror-like flat water. The reflections had been perfectly sharp until then. However, everything still looks stunning, despite the blurring.
