At last, I have had some free time to shoot some real-world test shots using my new camera and lens. It is going to take a while to learn my way around all the many complexities of this very sophisticated camera, but bottom line, it works and does it work, wow!
I am pleased to say the light was good this evening, after a wet day. So, I was able to make some proper photographs and the camera showed its metal. As expected this excellent camera & lens combination produced great quality images.
