I work in broadcast and corporate television as a freelance Director of Photography, Lighting Cameraman, and as a Gaffer. I have more than 25 years of experience shooting a wide variety of factuals; documentaries, talk shows, podcasts, breakfast/daytime, news, sports, and every kind of corporate video/film.
As Director of Photography, I have shot 9 award-winning productions, including 2, Royal Television Society – Best Broadcast Promotional awards.
I have shot countless commercials. One of the commercials I shot as DP won the Channel 4 – Best Short Film award and the Savilles Audio Visual – Trophy.
I shot Shane, a hard-hitting and inspirational doco about one of the UK’s 6 most dangerous Prisoners.

I was Principal Cinematographer on Bopper and Me, a feature-length documentary about rock n roll legend The Big Bopper, who died along with Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens in that fateful plane crash, the Day the Music Died. Bopper and Me won the Critics’ Choice Award at the Iowa Independent Film Festival 2023.
